- My goals: With you, we discuss which goals you set for yourself. Our expectations are based on the company goals and on your competences. Together, we set a minimum three and a maximum of eight goals for your development.
- My values: On the basis of the Exyte core values, the conduct is defined, which we expect from you in day-to-day work, in dealing with colleagues and clients.
